You may send your order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout.
Please ensure that the recipient’s full name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate before placing your order.
ZEMME is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Price Tag and Invoice

However, order confirmation, payment records, invoices, or delivery-related documents may still be generated or sent digitally through our website, payment provider, courier partner, or e-commerce platform.
